What is the Regnum Christi Federation Return Policy?

Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • All returns must have prior authorization from the RC Federation customer service office
  • Only unused merchandise in new resalable condition within 30 day of purchase will be accepted
  • You will receive an online store credit only minus a 25% restocking fee
  • All store credits will be valid for 12 months from the issue date
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Step 1:  Prior Return Authorization Required

  • Email customerservice@rcfed.org to provide the details of your return request
  • You will receive a return authorization purchase order to be included in your shipment
  • Returned merchandise that is not pre-authorized may not be accepted and refused
  • Allow up to two weeks to receive a store credit from the time the retuned package is received

Step 2:  Ship Your Package

  • Contact customerservice@rcfed.org once your package has shipped
  • It is recommended to ship your package so that you may track your return
  • Include your return authorization purchase order in your package
  • A store credit valid for 12 months will be issued upon receipt of your return
