What is the Regnum Christi Federation Return Policy?
Return Policy
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- All returns must have prior authorization from the RC Federation customer service office
- Only unused merchandise in new resalable condition within 30 day of purchase will be accepted
- You will receive an online store credit only minus a 25% restocking fee
- All store credits will be valid for 12 months from the issue date
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Step 1: Prior Return Authorization Required
- Email customerservice@rcfed.org to provide the details of your return request
- You will receive a return authorization purchase order to be included in your shipment
- Returned merchandise that is not pre-authorized may not be accepted and refused
- Allow up to two weeks to receive a store credit from the time the retuned package is received
Step 2: Ship Your Package
- Contact customerservice@rcfed.org once your package has shipped
- It is recommended to ship your package so that you may track your return
- Include your return authorization purchase order in your package
- A store credit valid for 12 months will be issued upon receipt of your return
