What is the Mission Network Return Policy?

Return Policy:

We accept returns of unused merchandise in new resalable condition within 30 days of purchase for a
refund or online store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items returned must be in their original
condition.
Refund – Once the returned item(s) is received, a reimbursement check of the original purchase price
minus a 20% restocking fee will be mailed to the purchaser. If you used a coupon to purchase the
product, a store credit of the original amount will be issued in lieu of a refund check.
Store Credit – A merchandise credit of the original purchase price can be issued in lieu of a refund check
The customer is responsible for shipping charges of all returns and exchanges.
Refund Details
Allow up to two weeks to receive your refund from the time your retuned package is received. A refund
check will be mailed to the original billing address (unless otherwise requested) minus 20% of the
purchase price, or you may receive a merchandise credit for the full purchase price in lieu of a refund. A
store credit will be issued if a coupon was used to purchase the returned product.
1. Authorization Required
You must first email Mission Network customer service to provide the details of your return and then
ship your item to the address provided by the customer service representative. Returned merchandise
that is not pre-authorized may not be accepted and refused.
2. Ship Your Package
We recommend shipping your package so that you may track your return. You must notify customer
service once your package ships and provide a tracking number if available.
