How Can I Cancel my Order?

You may cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us at sales@brandfoxllc.com. 

How Can I change my Order?

As we do not store your credit card on site and shipping variances can occur.  As such orders cannot be changed.  They can be canceled and a new order placed as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us at sales@brandfoxllc.com. 

Can I change my Address?

If you have any issues with your shipping address or need to change it, please let us know. We are able to change the address before the order ships, but not after.
