What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our product, once you have received a balm we are usually not able to accept a return on it. If there is an issue with the quality of the balm or any other issue that is our fault we will gladly send you a replacement balm. Aroma preference is a very personal thing, however, so we are not able to offer exchanges based on personal preference.
